Returns must be sent back to us in new, unused, unopened, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached, and within 14 days of original shipment. All additional postage costs for returning merchandise are your responsibility unless the product is defective. When returning items, please pack the package securely and include the delivery note you received, the reason for returning the item, and send it back to:

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue your refund within 10 business days.

The company will have different refund methods according to your payment method:
1. For credit card payment: the funds will be directly refunded to the credit card account you used to make the payment.
